That is a fantastic idea. I may try it walking down the street today . . . randomly grab women between the legs and ask, “what’s that?”
I watched it 3 or 4 times. However, giving the officer the benefit of the doubt, one does usually expect to find the penis (not that I’m every looking for them or thinking about it) below the waistline of a guy’s trousers.
