Ouch! David Letterman (10/3/08) Fries Sarah Palin’s Debate Performance – Video

Doubt that David Letterman will get many last minute cancellations after the payback that Letterman is serving up to John McCain.  Letterman was brutal to Sarah Palin through the entire show.  It didn’t let up.   NBC anchor Brian Williams was one of Letterman’s guests.  During their conversation Letterman went from mocking Palin to expressing serious concerns about Palin’s qualifications and McCain’s judgement in naming her.

McCain Palin Post Debate Ad “She Killed” – Hello? Sarah Palin Kills Everything in Sight – From “A Famous Person”

Thought I would pull this out of my debate wrap.  Does anyone know the story of this McCain / Palin ad?   The ad has an over the top claim that, “She killed. It was her evening.  She was the star”- and they even made it funny  by saying the quote is from, “A famous person.”

First using the phrase “she killed” in reference to Sarah Palin . . . that’s funny

After I thought about it, I’m not sure that it was meant to be funny.  Republicans are not funny.  Could the ad be pre-debate?  Was it to be updated with a name after the debate? Interesting . . .  Take a look:

When she got off of the plane in St Louis, Sarah Palin was wearing a bandage on her right hand.

A spokeswoman for the Alaska governor has said that Palin injured her hand slightly when she fell while jogging Monday at McCain’s ranch.  My Lord!  She is George Bush!

Palin was at the ranch for much of the week prepping for tonight’s debate.

UPDATE  So was it Larry Flynt from Hustler who placed the ad?

And while the actress will not be subjected to any “anal,” Sarah Palin may just get . . . well, never mind. Let’s just say that we hope Joe Biden is on his best game tomorrow evening during the debate.

Lordy Lordy Watch A Video of Sarah Palin Playing the Flute in the Miss Alaska Beauty Pageant

Well ol Joe Biden better hope that Sarah Palin doesn’t show up with her flute.   Simply, the woman can play the flute.  On the other hand, playing the flute during a debate might make her more of a windbag than Biden.    We love you Joe. 

Governor Sarah Palin is an accomplished flautist apparently.  In this clip from the 1984 Miss Alaska Beauty Pageant Talent Competition you can watch Sarah Heath Palin as she performs “The Homecoming” as written by Nathan Hardy.  

Actually, I’m surprised that she wasn’t a drummer – goes better with the basektball, fishing, hunting, skinning, baseball cap loving girl we are all growing so found of.  On the other hand, I’m a big basketball playing lesbo and guess what?   I played the flute.   

Sarah Palin Cringe Watch – Up from 198 News Articles

We did a post on the results if you run a search on “Sarah Palin cringe.”  On September 26, 2008 there were 198 news articles found through Google.   So, how is she doing on the cringe meter 2 days later?

Today – a whopping 524 news articles contain the words “Sarah Palin cringe”.   Yes!  524.  That’s quite a jump from 198. 

And, what will her “dog ate my paper” excuse be for cancelling the VP debate with Joe Biden on Thursday?

Oprah Puts Sarah Palin in Her Place

Oprah is not going to let Sarah Palin use her – doubt that she’ll have Joe Biden on either. 

Here’s the statement: “The item in today’s Drudge Report is categorically untrue. There has been absolutely no discussion about having Sarah Palin on my show. At the beginning of this Presidential campaign when I decided that I was going to take my first public stance in support of a candidate, I made the decision not to use my show as a platform for any of the candidates. I agree that Sarah Palin would be a fantastic interview, and I would love to have her on after the campaign is over.”
